Beating and Smashing

Last night I got a 40lb. punching bag to hang in the basement. I need to rig up a better way to hang it up. To Lowe's! I look forward to beating it daily.

As well, Jess came over last night and we smashed the shit out of an old computer I had in my basement with an aluminum baseball bat all while listening to some Pantera. Ahhh...
