I need a proper blog

I am an Internet junky. I profess this with Pride sometimes. I'd like a catchy blog title and a proper place to publish my life. My own domain name would be nice. I have a tonytopper.com, which I got for free from Microsoft when I participated in a beta for there office live speal, but I think transferring that to my GoDaddy account would be annoying.

I'm not doing anything at venerationtechnology.com really, so I could use that. I have whatmaybecome.com, audionews.info, lanageddon.cc and I do think that is it.

All of these sites have been places to play and I really haven't done much to make them something cool.

My online handle is ice5nake so ice5nake.com could be the way I go. I feel scatterbrained today. Thank god it's Friday.

Cavities

Ok, the only thing important I have to say is go to the dentist every six months like you're suppose to.

At the beginning of this year I went for the first time in seven years. Since then I have had my wisdom teeth taken out and had four cavities filled. All of this took three trips to the dentist and two trips to a dental surgeons office.

I have two more cavities I am getting filled on Aug. 30th.

Mental Health and Physical Health

I've long believed that mental health is directly linked to physical health.

Here's something I read today that fortifies that belief: Anxiety Disorders Tied to Physical Illness

The last two days I've gotten up early and either walked or ran. Feeling somewhat better. As always though, I find myself wishing I could get more accomplished in my life. I am hoping improving myself physically will allow me improve myself mentally.

Feeling looney

I though running this morning would give me energy. And it did. The problem is that it made me think about how much more I could do if I had more energy all the time.

I got a bunch of stuff done at work today, which is good.

To sum me up today: ambivalent, unresourceful, immured.

What I need: patiences, perseverance (cliché I know)

Tonight, I hope to work on music, work on my Web site project, or do something constructive anyway.
