Cold War II

Check this out, Pat Buchanan wrote an interesting article about how Clinton, Bush, and the Neo-Conservatives are starting a second cold war. Check it out at this address: http://www.antiwar.com/pat/?articleid=11077

Buchanan points out how we're pissing off the Russians. However, Russia get no sympathy for me. The don't even have free press there. See: http://www.signonsandiego.com/news/world/20070621-0441-russia-opposition-.html

Check out this freedom of press ranking: http://www.rsf.org/article.php3?id_article=11715

As well the Russians are selling plenty of arms to Chavez down in Venezuela; who as well heavily control the press. See: http://www.iht.com/articles/ap/2007/06/28/america/LA-GEN-Venezuela-Protest.php,
http://euronews.net/index.php?page=info&article=429975&lng=1

As well the Chinese are bitching: China accuses US of ‘Cold War’mentality

Fuck your different 'Social System' China. How about letting people be free.

How about giving out press credentials so they don't get beaten to death. See: http://www.iht.com/articles/ap/2007/06/28/asia/AS-GEN-China-Journalist-Killed.php

Or how about this guy, see: http://www.lifenews.com/int333.html, who opposes forced abortions.

Anyway just my rant on how the world is screwed up. Until next time.

Mental Health and Physical Health

I've long believed that mental health is directly linked to physical health.

Here's something I read today that fortifies that belief: Anxiety Disorders Tied to Physical Illness

The last two days I've gotten up early and either walked or ran. Feeling somewhat better. As always though, I find myself wishing I could get more accomplished in my life. I am hoping improving myself physically will allow me improve myself mentally.

Feeling looney

I though running this morning would give me energy. And it did. The problem is that it made me think about how much more I could do if I had more energy all the time.

I got a bunch of stuff done at work today, which is good.

To sum me up today: ambivalent, unresourceful, immured.

What I need: patiences, perseverance (cliché I know)

Tonight, I hope to work on music, work on my Web site project, or do something constructive anyway.

Rant and Rave

The Internet is too slow.

I need to redesign this blog.
